Shipping & Delivery

Shipping your order is our top priority. Every day, we carefully dispatch hundreds of packages to satisfied customers worldwide.

Because many of our warehouses are located internationally, shipping and processing times may vary per order. Therefore, same-day delivery is unfortunately not possible.

Processing time: Once we receive your payment, your order will be sent directly to our supplier. Here, it will be checked, packaged, and prepared for shipment. This process typically takes 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping time: Delivery time—from the moment your order leaves our warehouse—is typically 6 to 8 days. Please note that this may vary slightly depending on your destination.

Netherlands & Belgium: 6-8 working days

Germany: 6-12 working days

Sweden: 8-14 business days

Ireland: 6-12 business days

America: 10-15 business days + customs fees

For orders to Sweden and America, customs charges may be charged to the customer upon delivery.

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a track & trace code. You can easily track your package via our website's tracking link . Please note: in some cases, tracking may not be available, depending on the carrier.
